Hardware setting

Part

Open the box, Unplug the board fixed on the bottom base ,then
Remove the cover . You can see our machine.Therere two
boxes on the bottom base.

When you first open the wooden box,you can see a fan in it.
Pull out the fan , insert the tubes to the fan nozzle,(the two
blue tubes are in the plastic box). Fasten the metal ring.Then
arrange the suction outlet to the bottom of our machine.

Second,open the white box,you can see a black water
pump.find the 6-pin screw, Wrapped it with the white tape in
the box and fix it to the top of the water pump.Also, fit 1 small
tube to it.You must be sure the screw and the small tube are
sealed.Then put one side of the tube to the outlet,then fix the
other tube to the inlet .IN&OUT side must be correct.

When such things were done,fill the water tank (the white
box) with the water.Finally,fix the plugs of the fan and water
pump to the socket on the left side of the machine.The
installation process is finished.
Then it comes to debugging,open the over cap of the
machine,cut the package over the laser head,then turn on the
power.Press the on button,the button is on the right side.You
can push the reset button on the control panel,see whether

the laser head can go to the left side.

Software setting

Part
Before install the plung in our CD.Be sure you had CorelDraw
software installed.Then find the LaserCorel 7.5.6 file and
open it.Click the Corel7.5.6 icon,choose install,choose a
language,click manual install button to finish install.Open
CorelDraw,click Tools-Options-VBA-Delay Load VBA,cancel
the hook.

Part
Now,open the CorelDraw .Draw a picture,click the
LaserCarvebutton.Double click the layer.Like the following
pictures.Choose a model,therere 2 models :
Outline&Carve.Outline is for cutting materialsset the min
power ,max power and speed.Different materials have different
speed and power,when you have done this, click
OK.Second,click Save and export the file to the USB device.

If computer is connectting with the machine,it may need a driver

which is in our CD.Connect the computer and the machine,put the
CD to the CD-ROM.It will find the driver and install it automatically.
In this mode,you should first press [EquipmentManage]
button,then set the port.You can set it as [COM3]click [read] to
send the signal to the machine,if the singal can be transported to
the machine,click [write] ,otherwise,you should reset the
port,maybe COM2 or COM4 or etc.Then,click
LaserCarvebutton,click[output],when you see this following
window please choose the port,if you have just chosen
COM3,choose 3 in the drop-down menu,then press Output to
send the file to our machine directly.

Part
Put USB to our machine --- click direction key to set the laser
head . Find a suitable place and click Origin .Click "MENU"----find

the file in your USB device---click Enter---click the middle of the

direction key---choose No,this is to test the laser head.---OK,now click the Start/Pause button.The machine begin to
cut/Carve.
