appeal pending settlement negotiations and the status statement filed with this
court noting that discussions are no longer continuing, it is
ORDERED, sua sponte, that the stay entered by this court on April 3, 2015, is
vacated. It is
FURTHER ORDERED that the brief of appellant and the appendix shall be
filed within 40 days from the date of this order, and appellees’ briefs shall be filed
within 60 days thereafter.
