ginger and salt

5-6 cloves of garlic


4 medium tomatoes
1 small cube of ginger
5-6 leaves of tulsi

This recipe serves 2-3.

Ingredients

1 teaspoon dry coriander seeds


5-6 chopped spinach leaves
Salt
Black pepper
1tbs Sugar
Chili Flakes

Directions

Boil the tomatoes and 4 -5 cups of water with


garlic. Blend and sieve the shorba.
1. In a pan add and roast the coriander seeds, then
add the spinach and tulsi leaves, saut for few
minutes and add the above soup, sugar and bring
to boil. Top it with ground black pepper powder,
chili flakes.
2. Serve hot.
