Understanding the Building Envelope Workshop

Workshop Timing: This course will be delivered over the span of three days. Beginning at 8:00 A.M. on
Tuesday and finishing on Thursday at 5:00 P.M. An anticipated start date for the first workshop is
targeted for August 18 20, 2015.
Workshop Personnel: The following personnel will be needed in order to analyze, design, develop,
implement, and evaluate this program.

April 15, 2015 Present outline of the program with analysis to Leadership Team for approval for launch.
May 15, 2015 Send communication flyer to Regional Sales Managers.
May 26 28, 2015 Deliver Pilot Program for Regional Managers and select Sales Professionals
May 30, 2015 Reserve raining rooms
June 1, 2015 Send communication to Waterproofing Segment with dates and travel information.
June 1, 2015 Open Social Media Site for Attendees.
June 15,2015 Block out hotel rooms for attendees
July 15, 2015 Cut-off date for registration
Formative Evaluation:
Design Review Commenced at various times of development

Once design team has agreed upon goals and objectives

After outline is created
Once tools and technical activities are established

Expert Review Commenced after various technical resources are established to provide perspective on
training outline, as well as review of all technical resources and tools.
Learner Validation Will take place after Pilot Program and will consist of comparing pre and post
examinations, as well as questionnaires and interviews, to obtain the learners perspective on the final
training program.
Revisions will be evaluated at each stage of review and will be made accordingly.
