Christmas charity concert

Christmas charity concert Together we give smiles" primarily aims to raise funds for
children in orphanages in Bucharest. This event is addressed to all people in Bucharest which
want to donate money, toys, clothes for orphans.
For organizing and promoting this concert I contacted to several groups of singers
from all over the country. Therefore, the presence as many singers will create a perfect
atmosphere of celebration, because of this event will depend the happiness of hundreds of
orphans.
Equally, the concert Together we give smiles is important for the reputation of
public relations agency which its starting out and we want to be noticed on the market.
The charity concert will take place on December 23 in University Square because The
Christmas decorations and The Christmas Fair meet the perfect atmosphere for a carol
concert. The space will be specially arranged, most of the equipment (stage, audio, video,
lighting) will be provided by the Bucharest City Hall. Our PR agency will handle the
purchase of generating heat that will be placed around the stage.
Around the scene will be mounted two large screens. The entire concert will be
designed on them, the singers will be filmed with two cameras.
The right side of the scene will be Santa' house decorated with balls and fir branches
where you can donate money, toys or sweets for orphans. Your donations will be taken by our
agency colleagues and arranged in gift boxes to reach to children from orphanages in
Bucharest. Also, The Bucharest Police has provided us ten police officers to ensure the
smooth running of the event.
The concert will begin at 6:00 pm and will end at 10:00 pm. The entrance is free.
On stage will climb groups of singers from all over the country. They will be presented
by Iuliana Tudor.
The program is as follows:
6:15 pm - 6:45 pm - Transylvania Group
6:50 pm 7:20 pm - Saint Stelian Group
7:30 pm 8:00 pm Dew Group
8:10 pm 8:40 pm Carol Group
8:50 pm- 9:20 pm St. Basil Group

9:30 pm 10:00 pm Andra

Media promotion will be: social networks (Facebook), flyers, mails, blogs, websites.
I believe that the most important means of promoting will be Facebook's, because is a
free method of advertising and many people have access to this social network.
We create a group named Together we give smiles. We will give details about the
event and the profile picture will be even the flyer. We will send a message at least two days
before the concert by all group members in which we will remember them the date, the
location, and the time that it will occur. Our agency will hire two boys and two girls to share
flyers in the areas: University Square, Union Square, The Roman Square. They'll be dressed
in Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus. The posters will be placed around the malls, the parks,
business centers , news agencies, Universities, sports halls. Thanks to the large space in
University Square we want that many people be present at Christmas charity concert.
The project will be followed by a calendar of activities. We will work as a team and
we will check every detail to have the best results.
Regarding the purpose, it must be brought to fruition. We are optimistic that our work
will not be in vain and more people will come to the concert and they will bring many gifts.
