Ingredients:
2 cups of oats
cup cranberries
cup pumpkin seeds
cup chia seeds
1 cup apple juice
cup canola oil
cup honey
4 eggs
cup flax seeds
cup almond meal
cup coconut
cup almonds

1. Instructions:
a. combine wet
ingredients
b. combine dry
ingredients
c. mix both together
d. spray nonstick pan
and set oven to 375 F
e. press bar mixture
into pan
f. bake 30 minutes
