Objectives
Our objective is to become the most valuable and well known event
planning enterprise in the world. With our expertise and ways of budgeting
we will make back the money that has been invested in us within 3 years.
After those 3 years our ways of doing business will change, meaning we will
make our events more expensive and hiring more celebrities to show up at
our events making them more appealing.
Keys to Success
My business is very different than others. We have different methods of
attracting customers and when it comes to our events we are very flexible in
prices along with the types. In order to make money sacrifices will need to
be made as shown in the projected sales. We will need to save more money
that we earn in the next two years to really have our event in the future
years to be as known is it can possibly be. To do this we will use the money
we have saved to go the extra mile when our business is hosting events.

Description of Business
What we do is event planning. We plan what the customer wants to be done,
whatever the customer gives us as a plan for the event we will design and
add as much detail as possible. What my business is going to be a ground
breaking company that will forever change event planning. What makes us
different is we will go beyond what is expected of us by bringing in things
that people wouldnt expect when being at an event. Depending on the
event we would bring small rides, a list celebrities and tasty foreign foods
people may not be familiar with.

Location
We will be located in multiple places around the world like the USA, Dubai,
Mexico, China, Russia, Sweden, Rome, Luxembourg and the UK. Our main
location is in downtown Toronto.
Hours of Operation
We will be open 24hrs when it comes to contacting us, we have our
employees working hard on our website to provide technical service at any
time every day.

Management
My background experience will greatly help this franchise. Before creating
Ross enterprises I was a producer for many television shows and award
shows. After being behind the sidelines and watching what it takes to set up
and crate what is being planned for the show I thought to myself that it
would be easy for me to do. After creating Ross enterprises I hired a
number of event planners from around the world to bring all of their
creative and foreign ideas to the world to show what different things can be
done when planning an event.

Marketing
1st stage of business
1st phase:

Introduction: My company marketing plan is to promote my business

through commercials and advertisements. My business is about event
planning, this means my business will need a lot of connections In order to
obtain large amounts of money.

Details/Plans: My plan for the marketing is to get my business

advertisements in newspapers to start. Another thing that I plan to do is
have my business promoted through family members at family gatherings or
any other type of conversation. I plan to start up small and work my way to
the top by obtaining connections with large investors. In the beginning I
plan to set up office in a small space somewhere downtown Toronto. I will
contact local newspaper resources like the Toronto star to see if I could add
my business into the newspaper. They also have an online website that
could be useful when needing to promote my business for an upcoming
event. Another Ad plan idea that I have is to get my business into a
commercial.

2nd Stage of business

2nd phase:

Details/Plan; when the business is up and running and starts to become

well known we will start to pursue large television stations for commercials.
Another thing that we will do is find out how much it costs to add our
business into a YouTube ad because YouTube is very popular. Another thing
that my business can do is hire professional actors in our commercials to
get the viewers attention. Another idea is to have our business run large
gatherings and eventually huge events like the Grammys, Oscars, tony
awards, and large concerts. All of those things will be possible once the
company becomes popular from celebrities and popular advertisements.
Market Analysis
My target audience ranges from young adults to elders. They would be able
to find our business online on our website, phone number or on television
when our business is used as an example for events that happen during the
year. Something that would work for our audience is something that is
easily accessible for the consumer to get an idea of how my company works
and how it runs so they will know if theyd like to use our services.
Advertising and Promotion
When my business first started we used this plan to get our name out there
Ad Plan: Im going to put ads for my business into the newspaper, to add
your business into a newspaper column it costs $ 7.25 per inch.

Ad Plan: I am going to contact a television station to inquire on how much

it costs to create a 30 second commercial. On average it costs 200 to 1,500
dollars to make the commercial itself. I would hire family members or close
friends to be in the commercial in order to save money on actors.

As my business became more well-known we decided using these plans

would be best for us.
Ad Plan: There is not a specific amount to how much it costs to how much
it costs to put your ad in a YouTube video. Ads usually get $.10 for every
time that someone sees or clicks the ad. If the video that people constantly
watch has my ad being played I will obtain large amounts of money at ease.

Ad Plan: To get a celebrity to be in a commercial for my business it would

cost 1 to 2 million dollars. Even though this amount of money is very large it
would get people to discuss and use my business for very high end events
and other large gatherings which will help me easily make the money back.
