SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made __________ (hereafter referred to as the Company)

of the one part, and FirmStep Training & Consulting Pvt. Ltd.(hereinafter
referred to as the Consultant) of the other part.
BOTH PARTIES HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
Effective Date
This Agreement shall be effective from ____________ and valid for a period of
one year from commencement.
Termination
Both the parties can terminate for convenience this agreement, at any time for
any reason upon written notice of one month to the other party.

Terms & Conditions

After the joining of Candidates the client will give confirmation and
salary break-up within 3 working days.
The consultant will raise the invoice within 30days of joining of the
candidates and the Client will have to make payment within 7 days of
receiving of invoice.
All payments will be made by Cheque (At Par Cheque) in favour of
Careers House Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
All payments are to be made, after deduction of the applicable tax
deduction at source.
In case any employee recruited through the consultant leaves the
Company within 2 months of being recruited, the consultant shall then
recruit a new employee to fill such a position and for the same without
any extra charges or professional fees.

Confidentiality
Both the Consultant and the Company shall at all time keeps the
information provided to each other in complete confidence.
