    Dear Lois,
    I hope this email finds you and yours well. Thank you for the kind letter you sent after my
    bachelor's graduation. Thought I'd drop you a line to let you know that I have 2 electives left this
    summer on the M.Ed., I have completed all requirements for my level 1 license in secondary
    visual art, and will be *the* art teacher at Hunter Jr. High in Granite district this coming school
    year. Of course, all of this is a credit to you and your program for helping me get off to such a
    strong start. I can't thank you enough for that support which launched me down this path.
