Sports keep Kids Out of Courts Inc.

Sports Keep Kids Out of Courts Inc. is a non for profit agency, that will provide services for at risk
youth regardless of race, age, religion ,and nationality primary focus is to ameliorate recidivism for
youthful offenders by creating healthy alternatives primary through sorts of education and training. The
organization is not limited to the provision of intervention services ,but also engaged in the prevision of
community services with youth that may or may not be at risk of being a youthful offender.
The organization will keep youth out of interaction with the penal system by creating an infrastructure
of education and sports in alignment with the Department of Juvenile Justice and the court system. The
identification of youth that will best benefit from SKKOOC'S services will be determined by
SKKOOC'S, Division of Juvenile Justice, parents and the courts.
SKKOCC'S will develop sports education programs that will educate the youth on how to be involve
in an array of professional and college sports careers, other than playing them. Example of the
educational programs are (sports broadcasting, sports medicine, sports agents, general managers,
referring, statistician, book keeping, managers, community liaison, to name a feedstock will also help
with the further of education through helping with Financial aid at the college that youth will like to
attend. We will be a liaison with the college of their choice, and the representative of that particular
school.
SKKOCC'S will also provide various educational and training programs that will equip our youth with
the knowledge and skills required to live sound productive lives. Collaborative relationships will also
be established with aiding the youth best route for their continued learning through, public schools,
training programs, alternatives education, community base programs.
SKKOCC'S other objective will to provide a fun filled learning environment for school age youth.
This program will provide an alternative for youth who spend the afternoon hours in the streets or
watching and playing video games. Which, do not have a positive effect on their goals, or socializing
skills that is needed in society to be successful.
We seek to stimulate the minds of youth, challenge them to rethink some of their teenage views and
introduce new ways of expressing and dealing with life situation. We will have life skills forums called
Real Talk for youth to share their ideas about life ups and down
SKKOCC' S will work with the youth in our program, to make sure that their education, will be their
main focus, along with goals of SKKOCC'S, that they have agreed to pursue.
This program will invariably teach youth how to steer away from trouble, thinking outside the box,
learn how to socialized with their peers, as well as with authoritative figures, through role playing and
debating teams. Moreover, the environment created will be a safe, warm, and pleasant, so youth will
feel comfortable, and free to express themselves.

We are dedicated to keeping youthful or non youthful offenders out of the judicial
and the detention systems by providing a wide array of recreational,
competitive sports, games, education, training, and arts, that stimulate their minds,
to rebuild healthy and positive relationships with others and lead them to become
healthy productive members of society.

CODE OF CONDUCT AND BUSINESS ETHICS

To strictly observe and adhere to all laws and ethical standards applicable in all jurisdictions in which it
conducts its business, to conduct its business affairs lawfully and ethical and to do so with honesty, an
integrity, there will be no waivers or exception in the name of competitive demands, social tradition or
other exigencies excepted as permitted require by law.

The code of Conduct and Business Ethics policies of Sports Keep Kids Out of Sports is applicable to
all board members, employees, and volunteers.

1) Conflicts Of Interest

Have a duty to avoid financial, business, or other relationships or activities that might be
opposed to the interest of the company or might cause a conflict with the performance of
their duties or would result in activities that would compete with the company business.
Company representatives must conduct themselves in a manner that avoid even the
appearance of a conflict between their personal interest and those of the company.

No company representative shall avail himself, herself, of opportunity for self enrichment
that are discovered through knowledge gained in the performance of an assigned functions or
through the use of contracts, information, product of services related to obtained from the
company.

No corporate funds, assets, services or facilities shall be used directly or indirectly for any
unethical or personal enrichment purpose.

No company representative shall acquire or maintain a direct or indirect ownership interest of

any business enterprise of a competitor.

No company representative shall commit fraud or deceit knowingly conduct himself or

herself in a false misleading or deceptive manner or otherwise act in bad faith or with
malicious purpose in his or her services or representative of the company.

No company representative shall enter into any contract or agreement or binding commitment
for or on behalf of the company unless such contract agreement binding commitment has
been duly approved and its entry authorized in accordance with the financial policies and
procedure of the company as modified from time to time.
