1. PUBLIC COMMENT
Public comment will be taken during this agenda item. No action may be taken on a
matter raised under this item unless directed so by the Executive Board. Comments will
be limited to three minutes per person. Persons making comment will be asked to begin
by stating their name for the record, and if applicable, naming the organization, program,
or group they represent. The President may elect to allow additional public comment on a
specific agenda item when that agenda item is being considered.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

3a. IBC Budget Update
Direct the IBC Treasurers Office to give an updated report on the current IBC budget.
3b. The Success Project
Direct the POTIBC to close off The Success Project.
3c. Presidential Executive Orders
Direct the POTIBC to update on Presidential Executive Orders.
3d. IB Program YouTube Channel
Direct the IBC Historians Office to update on IB Program YouTube channel operations.
3e. The New Council Compact Projects
Direct the POTIBC to update on upcoming New Council Compact Projects this 2016 and
to collect mandated paperwork for the NCCP this February 2016 for official release.
4. ADD, REMOVE, EDIT REGULAR AGENDA
Direct the IBC to add, remove, or edit the regular IBC meeting agenda.
5. RECOGNITION SESSION

5a. Recognize IB attendees from the January final Presidential Commission on Oversight
and Governing Reform.
5b. Recognize outstanding IB student Danielle Bradley for the week of 1/31/16 to 2/6/16.
6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
6a. IB Winter Gear Attire Merchandise
Direct the POTIBC to update on IB Winter Gear merchandise.
6b. Field Trip Class Photos Proposal
Direct the POTIBC to update on VHS Front Office operations regarding IB class photos.
6c. February Charity Event
Direct the IBCVP to create a February CAS Charity Event for VHSIB
6d. Creation of a VHSIB Program Field Day
Proposal to create a VHSIB Program Field Day made by the POTIBC and IBCVP.
6e. Honorary IBC Members
Constitutional Amendment to add Honorary IBC members made by the POTIBC.
6f. Scholarship Opportunities
Inquiry made by the POTIBC regarding providing scholarships to seniors for March
2016.
6g. Budget Investigation
Assignment made for Mr. Snape regarding the IBC Budget Accounts.
7. NEW BUSINESS
7a. IB Spring Gear
Direct the POTIBC to open up the IB Spring Gear Merchandise collection for February
2016-March 2016.
7b. #WeAreValleyIB Instagram Projects
Direct the POTIBC to open up the IB Spring Gear Merchandise collection for February
2016-March 2016.
7c. Creation of a Cultural Food Night Festival
Updates from the POTIBC regarding creating a Cultural Food Night Festival for VHSIB.
7d. Creation of VHSIB Poetry Slam Event
Direct the IBCVP to create a VHSIB Poetry Slam Event for March 2016.
7e. VHSIB Donut Social
Direct the IBCVP to update on behalf of the VHSIB Donut Social Event Committee.

7f. VHSIB Dodgeball Tournament

Direct the IBCVP to update on behalf of the VHSIB Dodgeball Tournament Committee
7g. 3rd AOHT x IBC Joint Conference hosted by the IBC
Direct the POTIBC and IBCVP to host the 3rd AOHTxIBC Joint Conference on
Wednesday, February 24, 2016 in respect to school affairs and internal activities.
7h. VHSIB Talent Show Auditions Announcement
Direct the POTIBC and IBCVP to remind the public on VHSIB Talent Show Auditions
for Monday, March 14, 2016 from 2:30PM-4:00PM PST in Rm. 200.
7i. VHSIB Talent Show
Direct the IBCVP to update the public on the VHSIB Talent Show in March 2016.
7j. Donation to IB New Mexico CAS Field Trip Group
Proposal to donate $100 from the IBC Budget made by POTIBC for the New Mexico
CAS Trip Attendees, in respect to a match donation made by VHS Student Council.
7k. Fundraising Sponsorships for the IB New Mexico CAS Field Trip Group
Proposal to do Raising Canes and Navajo Lunch Tacos made by various IBC Pentagon
Officials.
7l. IBC Calendar Updates
Direct the IBC Presidents Office to officially review the VHSIB Google Calendar.
8. STANDING COMMITTEE AND PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION MEETINGS
Direct the IBC to receive official updates on the following Presidential Commission and
Vice Presidential Standing Committee meetings:

10. IBC SUMMATIONS
Each IBC/Pentagon official will be given the opportunity to deliver a summation speech to the
assembling body, relevant to the meeting at hand or on announcements for the student body.
