Shell reports in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and in line with the rules
and regulation prescribed for oil and gas industry. According to Shells Sustainability Report, the
Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) has confirmed A+ reporting level for the information covered
in the sustainability report, Royal Dutch Shell plc Annual Report and Form 20-F for 2014.

3. Accessibility of the CSR Report
According to Ashok Som (2009), Shells CSR report, published annually since 1998.
Shell has taken initiatives towards three level sustainability approaches. Shell is responsible for
running a safe, efficient and profitable business by sharing wider benefits to the society in order

sustainability report that explains their several initiatives towards achieving a sustainable energy
future.
