To whom it may concern:
On October 27, 2015, America Rising submitted a request for access to all
communications between the mayors office and Hillary Clintons presidential campaign
from February 1, 2015, to October 27, 2015 (FOIL #2015-0364, enclosed). Please accept
this letter as a request for copies of additional communications between the same
parties from October 28, 2015, through February 1, 2016.
America Rising agrees to pay up to $50.00 for copying fees. In order to minimize fees,
America Rising is willing to accept the responsive records in electronic format and/or
double-sided copies. If a certain set of records can be disclosed more expeditiously,
America Rising respectfully requests that those records be released first and that the
remaining records be produced on a rolling basis as circumstances permit.
