The project, if approved, would create between 8-10 ful ime and 4-6 part-time postions. MAC ‘would be wing to discuss compensating the Town to mitigate any adverse impact ofthe project through negotiations of ahost community agreement. As MAC would lease its spac, it ill pay ts proportionate share of property taxes on the total premises. [MAC has recently completed the City of Chicopee's extensive five month RP process that began ‘on July &th, Our organization was vetted by the Citys ve-member selection committe that Included that city’s Treasurer, Buléing Commissioner, Health Commissioner, Chief of Police, and former Director of Community Development. We were selected to negotiate a Host Community ‘Agreement and utmately received alettr of suppor from the Mayor’ office, \We have contacted with Mlardin Management to produce the highest quality organic medical ‘cannabis at our Chicopee facility. Once a patient passes trough that door, he or she is ‘met by a Patient Advisor to discuss the type of medlcine needed, in the dispensing rea, there are more cameras and motion detectors. The employees that work behind the counter inthe secured area are also covered by cameras, and this area is covered by motion detectors when the dispensary is closed with the alarm set.
