AFFIDAVIT OF EMPLOYMENT
I, ALAYSSA VERNESSE P. AGUILAR, of legal age,
Filipino, single and a resident of No. 10 Lower Pinget,
Baguio City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:
1. That I am employed by the City Government of Baguio,
specifically at the City Assessors Office with the
position of Tax Mapper II since January 2014 to the
present;
2. That enclosed is my original certificate of employment
issued by my employer; and
3. This Affidavit is being executed in order to attest to the
truth of the foregoing facts and not for the purpose of
fraud but in connection with my loan application in the
Philippines.
