PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
KICK CANCER REPRESENTATIVE, CANCER CARE MANITOBA
May 2015 Present
Responsible for representing Cancer Care Manitoba with their Kick Cancer Initiative. Duties
include attending health care expos and providing individuals with knowledgeable facts and
strategies to utilize in their everyday life in order to reduce their risk of developing cancer and
leading a healthy balanced lifestyle.
INTRAMURAL ICE HOCKEY SUPERVISOR, RECREATION SERVICES, UNIVERSITY OF
MANITOBA
September 2012 - Present
Responsible for creating schedules, updating scores and statistics for 4 different leagues with up
to 40 teams. Leagues include mens, womens as well as open (both men and women).
Responsible for over 400 participants. Other duties include hiring officials and timekeepers,
submitting weekly payroll for all employees. Ensuring participants engage in a safe and
organized playing experience.

ON SITE SUPERVISOR UNIVERSITY OF MANITOBA SOCCER LEAGUE (UMSL)


May 2015 Present
Responsible for the management and direction of on-site activities. These include player check
in, equipment set up/take down as well as ensuring the playing field is in a proper manner for
safe participation. This position requires close interaction with both participants as well as the
league convener.

Conference on Student Leadership in Kelowna BC. From this conference I
enriched my professional development repertoire including effective leadership
qualities and techniques in which I put forth within my many roles.

-Attended the Student Leadership Conference. Manitoba PHETE Student


Conference 2016: Survive and Thrive at the University of Winnipeg.
-Received the Intramural Supervisor of the year award for the 2013-2014
intramural seasons.
-Volunteered with Cancer Care Manitoba as well as Play on 4-on-4 street hockey
tournament (2015). Eventually gaining summer employment with Cancer Care
Manitoba Foundation.
-Participate in a variety of fundraisers within the Province in hopes to raise
funds for several different organizations:
