Pleasehelpwithwhathasbecomeadifficultsolve:

RunningArcGISLicenseManager10.2.2on64bitWindowsServer2012R2.
EverythingfineonFriday,onlythingthatchangedbyMondaywasweinstalledourIntergraphSG&IlicensefileforERDASImagine2015,
runningonthesameserver.PuttheIntergraphlicensefilein,andalltheERDASclientsworkfine,butnoticedthattheESRIclientsdon't
work:

Sincethen,we'veclearedthefirewall,rereadthelicensefile,createdandinstalledannewlicensefile,uninstalledandreinstalledthe
licensemanagersoftware,andmodifiedthelicensefiletosetaninboundruleontherangeofTCPports.Rebootedboththemanager
andtheservermultipletimes.Havenotfoundanyservicepacksfor10.2.2LicenseManager.

TheFLEXneterrorcode means:Thedesiredvendordaemonisdown.1)Checkthelmgrdlogfile,or2)Trylmreread.

2. SelectStart/StopLicenseServerinthetableofcontentsandclickStop.
3. OpenWindowsExplorerandnavigatetoyourlicensemanagerinstallationlocation(C:\ProgramFiles\ArcGIS\License10.0\binbydefault),in
whichyouwillseeaservice.txtfile.
4. Thefileshouldlooksimilartothis:
