Mandatory requirement
Only applicable to Certifying Staff which is
Aircraft Engineers in our case
Must be accomplished for every 02 years period
before assessment
Must cover legislation, Human Factor,
organizational procedures and Technical update
w.r.t. the scope of authorization

Recurrent Trainings

Is a suggested procedure for the complete


organization
To educate and in relevance to Job Role
No specific topic prescribed but relevence to Job
Role is mandatory
No frequency is a must, may be done at any
assessed frequency or at irregular intervals

Currently recurrent trainings (Present Method) is Not covering the


scope of continuation trainings.
Hence at present Continuation training is not fulfilling the
requirement of PCAA and EASA-PART 145.
Harmonized procedure with obvious responsibilities is required for
the arrangements of continuation training in all divisions. Matter is
expected to be established once for all after this meeting.
A meeting was arranged in Quality Audit Section on March
05,2010 to set this matter- The intimation was sent to all DCE of
BM and LM, only DCE LM (AV) Boeing fleet and DCE BM A/S
(ACOH) attended.

1-Aviation Legislation (Differences)


2-Organization Procedure (Differences)
3-Human Factor Issues within Engineering
4-Up to date knowledge of relevant technology.
HF/AL/OP

refresher is regularly planned in PTC. Courses on HF issues and


OP are also planned. HF bulletin is regularly issued by I/C Human Factor.
Training on Module 9 and Module 10 is also conducted in PTC.
Therefore only one component is required to be cover in-house i.e. up
to date knowledge of relevant technology.
Relevant

technology means, relevance with Aircraft and Components
