probabilities
- not beyond reasonable doubts as in HC decision
The appellant had clearly established on balace of
probabilities that the signature on memorandum of
transfer was forged
- there is no need to bring any witness
'Any purchaser' - refers to subsequest and not immediate
purchaser
Conclusion: Appeallant may maintain his title
