    1.Right click on "ChingLiu.Install.Notes.

    nfo" (or any other nfo file)


    2.Select "open with" and select "Choose Program"
    3.Browse and find WorPad (or NotePad)
    4.And check "Always use the selected program...."
    OR
    1.Create a new txt file.
    2.Drag and drop nfo file in to the txt file.
