Public comment will be taken during this agenda item. No action may be taken on a
matter raised under this item unless directed so by the Executive Board. Comments will
be limited to three minutes per person. Persons making comment will be asked to begin
by stating their name for the record, and if applicable, naming the organization, program,
or group they represent. The President may elect to allow additional public comment on a
specific agenda item when that agenda item is being considered.

3a. IBC Budget Update
Direct the IBC Treasurers Office to give an updated report on the current IBC budget.
3b. Presidential Executive Orders
Direct the POTIBC to update on Presidential Executive Orders.
3c. IB Program YouTube Channel
Direct the IBC Historians Office to update on IB Program YouTube channel operations.
3d. The New Council Compact Projects
Direct the POTIBC to update on upcoming New Council Compact Projects this 2016 and
to collect mandated paperwork for the NCCP this February 2016 for official release.
3e. IB Valley High School x Navajo Preparatory School Social Media
Direct the POTIBC to update on social media regarding the IB CAS New Mexico Trip.
3f. The Briefing
Direct the POTIBC on his new Facebook Sunday Briefing Initiatives.
3g. 3rd Quarter Accountability Report

Direct the POTIBC to update on the release of the 3rd Quarter Accountability Report on
Sunday, February 28, 2016.
4. ADD, REMOVE, EDIT REGULAR AGENDA
Direct the IBC to add, remove, or edit the regular IBC meeting agenda.
5. RECOGNITION SESSION
5a. Recognize VHSIB students who attended the 3rd AOHT x IBC Joint Conference on
2/24/16.
5b. Recognize VHSIB students who volunteered at the VHSIB Extended Essay
Showcase on 2/25/16.
5c. Recognize VHSIB students who participated in the VHSIB Dodgeball Tournament on
2/26/16.
5d. Recognize VHSIB seniors who volunteered at the Las Vegas Rescue Mission on
2/29/16.
6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
6a. Final IB Winter Gear Attire Merchandise
Direct the POTIBC to update on the remaining VHSIB Winter Gear.
6b. Field Trip Class Photos Proposal
Notify the public that the Class Photos will be held this Friday, March 4, 2016 during 7th
period and has been approved. Delegate assignments to advisors and class
representatives.
6c. Honorary IBC Members
Constitutional Amendment to add Honorary IBC members made by the POTIBC.
6d. Scholarship Opportunities
Inquiry made by the POTIBC regarding providing scholarships to seniors for March
2016.
6e. Budget Investigation
Assignment made for Mr. Snape regarding the IBC Budget Accounts.
6f. #WeAreValleyIB Instagram Projects
Direct the POTIBC to open up the #WeAreValleyIB Instagram Project.
6g. Fundraising Opportunities
Decision on Chipotle, Raising Canes, and or/other fundraising options.
7. NEW BUSINESS
7a. Finalization on Items for IB Spring Gear

Direct the IBC to finalize items for the IB Spring Gear Collection.
7b. VHSIB Poetry Slam Event
Direct the POTIBC to update on the VHSIB Poetry Slam Event
7c. VHSIB Program Field Day
Direct the POTIBC to update on name decisions of the event and further logistics.
7d. Creation of February Charity Event
Direct all Class Representatives to update on their February Charity Events.
7e. VHSIB Talent Show Auditions Announcement
Direct the POTIBC to remind the public on VHSIB Talent Show Auditions for Monday,
March 14, 2016 from 2:30PM-4:00PM PST in Rm. 200. Direct the POTIBC to update on
the Google Form being released this Friday, March 4, 2016 for those interested in
auditioning.
7f. VHSIB Talent Show
Direct the POTIBC to update on the VHSIB Talent Show planned for March 2016.
7g. Election Filing Release
Direct the POTIBC to update on the Election Candidacy Forms release starting today,
Wednesday, March 2, 2016.
7h. IBC Calendar Updates
Direct the POTIBC to officially review the VHSIB Google Calendar.
7j. IBC Junior Representative
Direct the POTIBC to update on the 2015-2016 Junior Representatives office vacancy.
8. STANDING COMMITTEE AND PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION MEETINGS
Direct the IBC to receive official updates on the following Presidential Commission and
Vice Presidential Standing Committee meetings:

10. IBC SUMMATIONS

Each IBC/Pentagon official will be given the opportunity to deliver a summation speech to the
assembling body, relevant to the meeting at hand or on announcements for the student body.
