A. The second reading, consideration and vote upon City of Hillview Ordinance No.
2010-01, an ordinance pertaining to a change of zoning request by Robert
Williams, Jr. on the estate of Robert Williams, Sr. for property
located at 1124 East Blue Lick Road consisting of 13.8 acres more or less
from R-1 Residential to I-L Light Industrial which received a favorable
recommendation with restrictions from the Bullitt County Joint Planning
Commission at their meeting on February 11, 2010.

VIII. FIFTH ORDER OF BUSINESS

A. The second reading, consideration and vote upon City of Hillview Ordinance No.
2010-02, an ordinance proposing the annexation of the new Brooks
Elementary School property located at the corner of highway 1020 and
contiguous with the existing boundaries of the City of Hillview, Bullitt County,
Kentucky.

IX. SIXTH ORDER OF BUSINESS

A. The re-adoption of City of Hillview Ordinance No. 2003-24-A, an ordinance
relating to the mandatory pick up of garbage within the City of Hillview,
providing for payment therefore, and penalties for failure to
comply.

X. SEVENTH ORDER OF BUSINESS

A. The reading, consideration and vote upon City of Hillview Resolution No. 2010-
01, a resolution authorizing the mayor to enter into an agreement with the

City of Hunters Hollow to allow the City of Hillview Police Department to
provide police protection to the City of Hunters Hollow.
