Job Responsibility & Profile of (Trainee)

Salary Package 1.2 L/A Qualification- MBA

Sourcing the Candidates through Job Portals, Head hunting, reference etc. in stipulated time frame.
Contact eligible candidates for interviews & follow ups Coordination with Candidates and Clients.
Responsible for the Coordination for Joining of Candidates.
Short listing and screening of CV
Pre-Screening the candidate.
Sending appropriate profile matching to client requirements Arranging interviews.
Coordinating with the Client, candidates.
Salary negotiation with the candidates Follow-ups till the requirement is fulfilled.
Must be capable for hiring entry, middle and senior level openings.
Responsible for generating payroll for outsourced employees.
Responsible for Attendance management for outsourced employees
Should be capable to handle team of Recruiters.
Responsible for client interaction.
Responsible for developing strategies for Team members.
