Psalm 46:10 Be still and know that I am God; I will be

exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the
earth.
In this fast paced, roller coaster of life, we often forget
to get off the ride every once in a while. We, as human
beings, are destined to fill up our time and lives with
needless activities. Sports, service, cubs, schoolwork,
jobs, fine arts, computers, and tvs are all ways we fill

Matthew 11:28 says, Come to me, all you who are
weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. The nonstop roller coaster of life that we put ourselves through,
has a stop button, and the button is Christ. Go to Jesus
in prayer, and give him your struggles, fear, and anxiety.
Remember to be still and know that [he] is God. Even
if you feel like everything in your life is perfectly fine,
maybe you need to just take a second. Stop and think
about the last time that you prayed. If you dont pray on
a regular basis, then start. Prayer is a great way to be
still and decompress with someone who cares. Be still
through prayer and know that he is God. Know that Je-
