MISSION
To live a life that is driven, honest and inspires others.

LOGO
This logo is a representation of an arrow moving forward which depicts my life journey in my quest
to become an occupational therapist. The dots represent all the people who have impacted my life
along the way.

AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP
Theory focuses on having an open relationship between the leader and followers.
Values input while focusing on building trust and support from their
followers. Transparency is key. Focuses on relationships rather than structure.
Leader is self-aware of who they are and what their values and beliefs are. This
theory directs my brand because it is about collaboration and trust in order to move
forward. Strengths of this theory is that there is no secrecy or mistrust. Everything is
out in the open. Could limit my success by becoming too personally involved with the
followers and not seeing their faults.

STRENGTHS
RESPONSIBILITY: I TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY DECISIONS AND GOALS AND STRIVE TO REACH THEM,
WHILE ALSO ENCOURAGING FOLLOWERS TO REACH THEIR OWN GOALS.
DISCIPLINE: I HAVE A LIFE PLAN AND AM EXTREMELY FOCUSED ON REACHING MY GOALS BUT NOT TO
THE EXCLUSION OF BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS AND HAVING FUN ALONG THE WAY.
INCLUDER: I ALWAYS WANT TO INCLUDE MY FRIENDS, FOLLOWERS AND FAMILY THROUGHOUT MY
JOURNEY AND ENCOURAGE THEM TO BECOME INVOLVED WITH MY ADVENTURES AS WELL AS THEIR OWN.
FUTURISTIC: I AM ALWAYS LOOKING TO THE FUTURE, CONCERNED ABOUT IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF
MY JOURNEY AS WELL AS HELPING IMPROVE THE FUTURE OF OTHERS.
BELIEF: I HAVE A FIRM BELIEF THAT I HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY THROUGHOUT MY LIFE TO HELP OTHERS
ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS.

LEADERSHIP ARTIFACT
Volunteered at the NOTA conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. I plan to practice
in Nevada and I want to actively participate in my state's occupational therapy
organization. I think it is important to stay connected and involved with other
occupational therapists within my state. This was my first time volunteering
with NOTA and I plan to participate with this organization, in numerous
capacities, throughout my career.

LEADERSHIP PLAN
Year 1: Attend AOTA
Conference
Year 5: Serve as a fieldwork
educator for a level II student
Year 10: Own my own pediatric
outpatient clinic
