4. Certified Electronics Recycling Vendor as of Jan 1, 2015: 3RC transports our electronics to (ERI) Electronic Recyclers International
The Division of Waste Management (DWM) distributed funds from the Electronics Management Fund to local governments that
have approved Electronics Management Plans. Funds were distributed on or about February 15, 2014. G.S. 130A-309.137(c)
requires that local governments deposit the funds into the separate local budget accounts which were established for the receipt
and expenditures of funds from the Electronics Management Fund. The law also specifies that these funds are to be used only in
support of programs to manage discarded computer equipment, televisions and other electronic devices.

Funds will be used to support our program to recycle and manage discarded computer equipment, televisions and other
electronic devices.

7. As part of the eligibility requirements, please send copies of the following documents:
1) A copy of the electronics recycler/vendor R2 or e-Steward certificate.
2) Copies of all invoices or weigh sheets showing tonnage of electronics materials received and shipped by the
government program during 2014 including the vendor utilized.
3) A copy of the current Electronics Management Plan for your county/city.
