Tuition, cafeteria, before/after care, and bus rates have been approved by the parish Finance Council after
careful analysis, dialogue, and review and in collaboration with school administration. It is important for us to
keep tuition and other school programs affordable while continuing to provide and enhance our outstanding
Catholic Education curriculum and programs. Among the improvements desired is to provide a sustainable
funding plan to upgrade, enhance, and manage our school technology. In addition, we thank all parishioners
for their continued support of our school and Catholic Education.
These rates apply to active, participating, contributing members of St. Patrick Parish. Non-active, nonparticipating, non-contributing families will be charged the Non-Parishioner Rates.
The multi-student discount applies to Grades K-8 only. Our Preschool Program is self-funding.
Option 1 is a single payment made by cash or check on or before July 1 (Full amount less the pre-paid
registration fee.)
Options 2 and 3 are monthly plans processed through Renweb on the 10 or the 20 of the month as an
automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. The necessary documentation has been
included in your registration packet.
A $25 late fee will be assessed for any payment received after the due date.

Instructional Fees
$350 of the Published Tuition Rates is budgeted as instructional fees: textbooks, technology, library, testing,
and transportation for field trips.
Registration Fee
A $100 non-refundable registration fee is required at the time of registration at the parish business office.

Bus Service
NOTE: Bus service will be available for the 2016-2017 school year. Payment options for bus fees are included on
the Family Bus Registration form.

Before/After Care is not offered when school is not in session or for half school days.
Invoices are sent home with students on the last day of the school week. Payment is due in the school office
on the first school day of the following week.
