At the end of this activity, you will be keen at identifying and naming different assessment methods
used in the classroom.

To be aware of the assessment tools that are used in the classrooms, you will find interest in observing
teachers assessment practices.

As you visit schools and observe assessment practices in at least three classes, document your

She asks certain questions regarding

to determine if her students really

Sometimes it serves as their graded
recitation for the students to be active
to participate and to be eager to listen.

2. Quiz and Seatwork

For the students to improve their Social


skill and also maybe to be a Critical
Thinker.

It is usually given after the discussion.

There is a variety of assessment tools were being used by the teacher as to


assess the pupils learning from the lesson that was being discussed and the assessment
tools were relevant since it was based from the objectives of the lesson as well as with

properly and appropriately assessed through those assessment methods?
I think the teacher should always consider the objectives of the lesson as to what

An assessment tools was designed to assess the students and also to help the
teacher to know the strength and weaknesses of their students. And it is also
made to improve the skills of the students in different genre and for the
teacher to help them to attend the expectations of their student s with
different learning styles.
So for me this this is made for the teacher to help them to assess their
students.
