Where to start... ! Americas Free and Independent Nation states (aka Countries) are TODAY
and since the early 1860s militarily occupied and being maintained under what is known as

the District of Criminals in 1860 - 61 that took control of the Young Government and set
Lincoln up to manipulate the Nation for the foreign Money Powers.
The Crown planted its agents in our Original Organic Government to represent foreign

It seems clear that Lincoln was supported and guided by the Money Powers who ensured the
North and the South borrowed heavily to fight the civil war indebting both sides to terms of

It is my view that the Crown intended the united states of America to be the Military arm of
the CROWN - VATICAN New World Order all along. Many of those that organized to create
America were long time agents of the CROWN through the CROWN Temple BAR. Most were
high level Masons. Its possible after America was created that some of the founders decided
to leave the Crown behind but this is not likely for its acts of medaling are seen as early as the

"TITLES OF NOBILITY" AND "HONOR"
In the winter of 1983, archival research expert David Dodge, and former Baltimore police
investigator Tom Dunn, were searching for evidence of government corruption in public
records stored in the Belfast Library on the coast of Maine. By chance, they discovered the
library's oldest authentic copy of the Constitution of the United States (printed in 1825). Both

men were stunned to see this document included a 13th Amendment that no longer appears
on current copies of the Constitution. Moreover, after studying the Amendment's language
and historical context, they realized the principle intent of this "missing" 13th Amendment
was to prohibit lawyers from serving in government.
So began a seven-year, nationwide search for the truth surrounding the most bizarre
Constitutional puzzle in American history -- the unlawful removal of a ratified Amendment
from the Constitution of the United States. Since 1983, Dodge and Dunn have uncovered
additional copies of the Constitution with the "missing" 13th Amendment printed in at least
eighteen separate publications by ten different states and territories over four decades from
1822 to 1860.
In June of this year, Dodge uncovered the evidence that this missing 13th Amendment had
indeed been lawfully ratified by the state of Virginia and was therefore an authentic
Amendment to the American Constitution. If the evidence is correct and no logical errors
have been made, a 13th Amendment restricting lawyers from serving in government was
ratified in 1819 and removed from our Constitution during the tumult of the Civil War.
Since the Amendment was never lawfully repealed, it is still the Law today. The implications
are enormous.
America and the Free and Independent states was overthrown by an enemy within. That
enemy within is the BAR Attorney operating as agents to the CROWN Corporation of

In the tumult of 1865, the original Thirteenth Amendment was removed from our
Constitution. Agents did there best to remove it from librarys etc but it kept showing up
reminding the people of its existence and ratification as has now been absolutly concluded. In
a Congressional Resolve to amend dated December 5, 1864, approved and signed by
TRAITOR President Lincoln, February 1, 1865, another Amendment numbered XIII (which
prohibited slavery in Sect. 1, and ended states' rights in Sect. 2) was proposed. When, on
January 13, 1865, a two-thirds vote was taken in the House of Representatives for proposing
the currently presented 13th Amendment "in honor of the immortal and sublime event" the
House adjourned. It was then presented to the States for ratification. Two months later, April
9, 1865, the Civil War ended with General Lee's surrender. On April 14, President Lincoln
was assassinated, dying on April 15th.
On December 18, 1865, the "new" 13th Amendment loudly prohibiting and abolishing slavery
(and quietly surrendering states rights to the federal government) was proclaimed adopted

by Secretary of State Seward, replacing and effectively erasing the original Thirteenth
Amendment that had prohibited acceptance of "titles of nobility" and "honors" and
"emoluments", and dishonest politicians have been bought and bribed and have treasonously
accepted graft from external sources ever since, with no thought of penalty.
From a Maryland Law Maker: "Once I read it, I was shocked," said Welch, as she noticed the
text identified it as a proposed 13th amendment to the Constitution. "In my mind the 13th
Amendment is the one we all know destroying slavery. And then to Google it and find out it
in fact would have institutionalized slavery ... was fascinating to me."

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen
AN ACT recognizing the original Thirteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Preamble and Statement of Intent. The general court hereby finds that:
I. In 1810, a proposed amendment to the United States Constitution, which prohibited titles
of nobility and which later became known as the original Thirteenth Amendment, was
introduced, passed both houses of Congress, and was sent to the states for ratification. On
December 9, 1812, shortly after ratification by Virginia, New Hampshire became the
thirteenth state to ratify the amendment. The amendment was therefore ratified by the
requisite number of states and became Article XIII of the United States Constitution.
II. During the War Between the States, otherwise known as the Civil War, the country was
under martial law, and all executive orders made by President Lincoln were, in effect, law.
After the war, laws made during that period were to be abated; yet, vestiges of martial law
remained and presidents continued to write executive orders.
III. The District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871, otherwise known as the Act of 1871, created

a corporation in the District of Columbia called the United States of America. The act revoked
prior legislation relative to the districts municipal charter and, most egregiously, led to
adoption of a fraudulent constitution in which the original Thirteenth Amendment was
omitted.
IV. Today, what appears to the public as the United States Constitution is not the complete
document, as it was never lawfully amended to remove the Thirteenth Amendment. Instead,
the document presented as the United States Constitution is merely a mission statement for
the corporation unlawfully established in the Act of 1871.
V. The purpose of this act is to recognize that the original Thirteenth Amendment, which
prohibits titles of nobility, is properly included in the United States Constitution and is the
law of the land. The act is also intended to end the infiltration of the Bar Association and the
judicial branch into the executive and legislative branches of government and the unlawful
usurpation of the peoples right, guaranteed by the New Hampshire constitution, to elect
county attorneys who are not members of the bar. This unlawful usurpation gives the judicial
branch control over all government and the people in the grand juries. As long as the original
Thirteenth Amendment is concealed from the people, there shall never be justice or a
legitimate constitutional form of government.
2 New Chapter; Thirteenth Amendment. Amend RSA by inserting after chapter 1-A the
following new chapter:
CHAPTER 1-B, ORIGINAL THIRTEENTH AMENDMENT

BACKGROUND INFORMATION ON THE 13TH AMENDMENT. SIGNIFICANCE
OF REMOVAL OF THE ORIGINAL ORGANIC 13TH AMENDMENT
The Organic Acts that established the Acts on which The united states of America REPUBLIC
was built included the Titles of Nobility Act; a proposed constitutional amendment (it would
be, of course, the ORIGINAL 13th Amendment) stating that any citizen of the U.S. who
receives a title of nobility or honor from a foreign nation without the consent of congress
must be forced to give up his or her citizenship in the United States. Today this would outlaw,
ALL BAR ATTORNEYS in any public office, Duel Nationals including the more than a
hundred duel Israel ZIONists, Sabbatean serving Isreael in office by sucking American dry,
all the Globalists at the TLC, CFR, Bilderbergers; all those pushing for a One World orders
serving the Rothschilds, Rockerfelor, Soros Onece World Order at the UN, IMF et al

The purpose was to prevent the overthrow of America from within. For example by someone
like the CROWN planting 1.273 Million Attorneys in America between 1885 and today to
overthrow the law form the united states of America and the Free and Independent states
which is what they DID! To create the present oligarchy (rule by lawyers) One World Order
which we now endure, the lawyers first had to remove the 13th "titles of nobility"
Amendment to the Organic Constitution that might otherwise have kept them in check.
It is noted that the war of 1812 caused the burning of the Capital, and the first 38 years of
government documents regarded by many as a move to defeat the Original Organic
13th Amendement to the Organic Constitution for the united states of America
from being written into history! The CROWN and its agents FAILED in that move.
Thankfully numerous copies were already sent out to the states that validate its existence and
show up in copies of the Constitution all the way through to 1867 where it can be found in a
certified copy of the Constitution from 1867. The amendent was passed and is law even if
those that fought to pretend it never existed or that it was ever enacted.
In fact, it was not until after the Civil War and after the disappearance of this 13th
Amendment, that American Bar Association began to appear and exercise political power
coordinated across the Free and Independent States and at the seat of power in the District of
Columbia.

Since the unlawful deletion of the 13th Amendment, the newly developing Bar Associations
began working diligently to create a system wherein lawyers took on a title of privilege and
nobility as "Esquires" and receive the "honor" of offices and positions (like District Attorney
or Judge) that only lawyers may now hold.
By virtue of these titles, honors, and special privileges, lawyers have assumed political and
economic advantages over the majority of U.S. Nationals. Through these privileges, they have
established a two-tiered citizenship in this Nation where a majority may vote in rigged
elections, but only a minority (lawyers) may run for political office and important offices.
This two-tiered citizenship is clearly contrary to our Organic Laws, Americans' interests, the
Nation's economic welfare, and the Constitution's egalitarian spirit.
More insidiously BAR attorneys via their back office run every Corporatized Once Public
Office. Nothing happens in any US Corp., State Corp. or County Corp. agency with out being
first run by an attorney and all of them are a part of an International Association never
authorized by the constitution. They have absolutely monopolized legal professions, the
courts, Corporate or Public Offices in this nation. Through doing what they have done they
