Overall Comments and Suggestions:


Nick, this Wix website and lesson plan are well organized and easy to navigate. I teach 2nd grade
and we also learn about main idea and details. I think this lesson could be adapted to work for
them, but is also good for 3-5 grades. I like the design of the website being user friendly. I have
never used Wix myself. I like that you emphasize communication and feedback, especially from
peers, to encourage positive interactions with classmates and allow them to view other projects.
The student reflection on their performance is a good way for students to self-improve for future
assignments. Overall, I think your lesson plan and website were excellent and you did a great
job.
