Responsible for training Junior League members to create, implement, and evaluate programs as well as managing and
training members on the Leagues membership and donor database. Accomplishments and responsibilities in this
position include:
Creating action plans and evaluation templates for JLSAs community programs, enabling JLSA to measure and
evaluate programs for the first time since the implementation of its strategic plan for purposes of grant
reporting, increasing program quality and impact, and volunteer training.
Creating official training documents for JLSA Membership, allowing them to successfully navigate JLSAs data
management system to effectively manage donor and member information.
Training members how to interact and communicate with community partners and donors to foster long-term
relationships with partner organizations during League-year transitions.

Responsible for the creation and implementation of all STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics)
programming as well as program evaluation, curriculum development, and overseeing department budget for the whole
education department. Accomplishments and responsibilities in this position include:

The creation of five new science programs designed to target multiple age groups and supplement school
curriculum which include Pint Sized Science, Homeschool Science, Investigation Station, Saturday Science
Workshops, and Summer Science Camps.

Increasing overall museum science program quality and consistently maintaining a program satisfaction rating of
90% and higher for over 4 years.

Cultivating relationships with organizations, universities, and government departments to support programming
through program supply donations and grants.

Creating and implementing program evaluation tools for all educational programs to assist with grant reporting
and increasing program quality.

Coordinating with over a dozen local organizations to create science program partnerships to increase the quality
of science programming for the museum and strengthen community connections.
