ArtonthePorchesisanartshow,sale,andcelebrationofthehistoricStrathmore
Neighborhood.Artistswillbedisplayingandsellingtheirworkfromthespaciousporchesandlawnsofthe
beautifulhomesalongRuskinAvenue.

Entries
Artistsmustsubmitwiththeirapplication3examplesoftheirartworkasdigitalimagesonCDorviaemail.
Digitalimagesmustberepresentativeoftheworktheartistplanstoshowandsell.CDsandemail
submissionsshouldbelabeledwiththeartistsnameandmedia.Pleaseemailtoinfo@artontheporches.org.

TheArtonthePorchesOrganizingCommitteereservestherighttorejectapplicationsforworkthatdoesnot
appeartobehandmadebytheartist.

Fees
ShowApplicationfee:$35.00

Lateapplications(postmarkedafterMay2,2016)willbeacceptedonaspaceavailablebasis.Anadditional
$15.00latefeemustbeincludedwithanyapplicationspostmarkedafterMay2,2016.

A10%commissiononsaleswillbecollectedattheendoftheshow.Allworkmustbeoriginal,designed,and
executedbytheartistapplying.Workthathasbeenproducedfromcommercialkits,patterns,plans,
prefabricatedforms,orothercommercialmeansisnotpermitted.Allworkdisplayedmustbeconsistentwith
theimagessubmittedatthetime.

Porchspacesarelimited,artistsmaybeassignedlawnlocations.Preferencewillbehonoredtotheextent
possible.PrioritywillbegivenartistsresidingintheGreaterStrathmoreNeighborhood.Artistsmustprovide
theirowndisplays.Artistswithlawnassignmentsmustprovidetheirownbooths.Standardboothsizeis
10x10.Electricityisnotguaranteed.Electricitymaybeprovidedatthediscretionofparticipating
homeowners.

ApplicationsmustbepostmarkednolaterthanMay2,2016.Thereisnoraindate,theeventwillbeheldrain
orshineandtherearenorefunds.

Applicantsacceptedfortheshowwillreceiveadditionalinformationatthattime,includingsetupand
breakdowntimes,andloadinprocedures.ParticipationinanypreviousArtonthePorchesFestivaldoesnot
guaranteeacceptanceintothe2016Festival.
