EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This AGREEMENT made and entered into this 28th
day of March 2016 by and among:
THELMA L. SANTOS, of legal age, Filipino, single, and with
residence and postal address at 213 Ruby Street, Regina
Heights, Tacloban City;
MILA L. SANTOS-PENALOSA, of legal age, Filipino,
married, and with residence and postal address at Blk. 5 L.
12 Narra Street. Ph1 V&G subd., Tacloban City:
ISMAEL L. SANTOS, of legal age, Filipino, single, and with
residence and postal address at 213 Ruby Street, Regina
Heights, Tacloban City;
WITNESSETH:
THAT we are the legitimate children and
sole heirs of HENRY T. SANTOS who died on February 5,
2016 in Makati City;
THAT said deceased died without any will or testament
and without any outstanding debts in favor of any person or
entity;
THAT said deceased, at the time of his death, left a
certain real property, situated in Tacloban City and more
particularly described as follows, to wit:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 32 of the consolidation-subdivision
plan (LRC) Pcs-5141, being a portion of the consolidation of
Lots 1 and 2, Psu-112287 Amd., LRC (GLRO) Rec. No. N17511), situated in Imelda Village, City of Tacloban, Leyte,
Island of Visayas. Bounded on the NE., points 3 to 6, by Lot
85; on the S., points 6 to 1 by Lot 30; on the SW., points 1 to
2, by Lot 31; and on the N., points 2 to 3 by Lot 35, all of
the consolidation-subdivision plan. Beginning at a point

marked "1" on plan, being N. 51 deg. 36' E., 1321.76 m. from

B.L.L.M. No.1, Tacloban City, Leyte.
THAT pursuant to Section 1 of Rule 74 of the Revised
Rules of Court of the Philippines, and we being all of age and
with full capacity to contract, we do hereby adjudicate unto
ourselves the land described above, in equal shares.
IN WITNESSS WHEREOF, we have hereunto signed
this AGREEMENT, this 28th day of March 2016 in the City of
Tacloban, Philippines.
