Sanders, alleging that Officers Ken Johnson, #347, Christopher Holloway, #207, and Theresa McClellan, #232, used unnecessary force against him. Sanders alleges that the officers forcefully threw him onto the pavement at the Westmoreland Train Station where he slid on the pavement on his face. On Thursday, October 21, 2010, the Chief of Police authorized an Internal Affairs Investigation be conducted on this matter.
