Description
A two sided duplex brochure for my

Programs/tools
Adobe InDesign

Objectives
To promote my art and design skills to the
public and those who need my services.

Process
I put some of my artwork together in my
project folder and opened a new document
in Adobe inDesign. I decided that I wanted to
make it colorful and I already new what style
I wanted to do, an offset brochure, simple and
nice! I put my pictures together in the best
way I think peoples eye flow will read what
I input. At first my letter were big because
I did not realize that I was actually going to
print on paper so I decided to make the font
10p so that way it fits information and it is
still readable. I used my two favorite fonts,
ProMinion and Russo. I designed this as a way
to represent myself and how I am in real life.
My logo was done in Adobe Illustrator of a cat
because I love cats. and I made rhythm and
repetition through my colorful boxes and made
sure everything aligned nicely.

Objectives
I am a web designer and can make website
for you and to tell companies in need of
a new look for their media site that I am
hireable.

Process
This was my first time ever using Adobe
Illustrator and I enjoyed it very much. I love
designing logos and custom icons, so this was
incredibly refreshing to me. I started sketching
out design that I liked and when I did them
on Illustrator many things changed, but I was
satisfied with the final products. I used a script
font and a sans serif so that these will stand
out more. I changed to grayscale and found out
that my Web Design was not showing up very
well so I made it darker so that anyone else is
able to see it better. The color scheme is split
complementary and I enjoy the colors because
they seem pretty chill, special for the type of
field I am in.

Objectives
This is a House of Foxes for injured foxes
that have been involved in road accidents.
For anyone that knows of any lost, injured,
or sick foxes that people can take care of
before getting them back to their habitat, or
take care of them

Process
I used the rectangle tool to create the front
and back outlines for the cards. I then placed
the logo as I desired and thought it would look
nice on the design. I made sure that the title
popped out on the front page and notices my
triangle looked like a house, so it was quite
fitting. I decided to cotnrast the back of the
cards by making it ourple so the white pops
out and put half of my logo on the back to be
creative.

Process
My letterhead was the most fun one because
with the logo I created I was able to have fun
and the colors looked nice together so I added
the message and title at the top and then
moved on to the bottom, but I tried making it
small so that people have a way to write. Then
In illustrator I grayscaled the original logo and
when added to InDesign I changed the opacity
to create a watermark.

Process
With the images given I decided to start by
sketching out a design that I was comfortable
with. I ended up sketching four of them and
with those I brainstormed and came up with a
final design. Through this I chose the images
and fixed some of the grammar involved in the
text. I decided to give repetition by keeping
squares and contrasting with the colors of the
logo.

Objectives
To emphasize everyones divine worth by
using jesus and a sheep to remind people of
the parabole that the shepperd always goes
looking for his sheep because to him that
sheep is important.

Process
I started out by placing the image on a
8.5x11in canvas and staring at it until I felt
like I had a good idea of where I wanted to put
my images that I already had saved. I opened
the other 3 images on a separate file and cut
them and used my refine edge to get them how
I wanted. I cut them and placed them on my
image and I moved unto masking them so they
look nice. I masked them using a brush at
100% opacity and 100% flow and big, so that it
looks smooth. I started designing the text and I
really liked the fonts so I decided to use them,
so with that I decided to emphasize words the
best way possible and that was through using
shapes, thus I have this rectangle. Yay! I used
Adobe Photoshop.

Objectives
The message is to encourage artists to share
their talents and allow other to see them in
a different light. To help everyone to be open
to art and to become closer together through
what society sees belittling when it should be
a big part of our everyday life and culture.

Process
I scanned an image from a LDS magazine
and used it to start brainstorming my design.
My design changed throughout the process
as I was also trying to match with the color
scheme. Then, I added the text and made sure
the alignment was pleasing to the eye and also
readable. The design itself used to be of color
purple and gold, but I noticed that they did not
match very well the image and there was not
a lot of contrasts or harmony, so I decided to
go with purple and pink. Since the audiences
main focus will start at the phot itself I decided
to put some information on it so that their eyes
will go directly to it. Lastly, I changed the font
color to white.

Objectives
This is to demonstrate my photo editing
skills and flier design in order to
communicate a message to others through
art.

Process

I went by the Taylor Building in BYU-Idaho

and took this image of the trees that surround
it. This is a focused image to the front so that
the back is blurry.
I started by choosing the colors I needed from
the VISUAL focus color wheel and started
going around taking pictures of what might
look just like a color scheme from there. I
sketched out different design ideas with the
picture I was going to use. AS I was designing
in Photoshop and editing my picture I would
sketch out my ideas so that later on I can
have a sketch and visualization of what I
needed and as I designed I changed it around.
When I decided to change it and edit it for
the better I changed the colors to black so
that the text will pop out and have a better
contrast. yet, still complementing it with the
original colors that the photo has.

Sublime Text 3

Objectives
To showcase my artworks and web design
skills to anyone that is in need for it.

Process
I used the template that was given to me from
my COMM130 class and decided to made a few
changes to it. At first this was going to be all
about foxes, but I remembered that I had more
logos that I really liked and so I was going to
use one of them. The text editor I use (on daily
basis) is Sublime Text 2 because it is really
nice and it fixes things for you. So I decided to
add a gradient background to give simplicity
and yet aesthetic. I decided to make the first
image, logo and introductions centered so that
that when it comes to the list of steps it is
aligned different and it shows more skills.
I typed out my steps that I took for my logo
design and then decided to add more images in
order to create some sort of interesting into the
audience.

Programs/tools
Adobe Photoshop CC

Process
This started out as an idea on paper and
decided to move on with drawing it digitally. I
started with the digital sketches for this and
moved on to doing the outlines. After I finished
with the outline I decided to color in and do the
background. the background has not outlines
because after coloring in I decided to blur the
background so it seems that it is at a distance.

Description
An illustration/fan art of the indie game
Undertale by Toby Fox.

Programs/tools
Adobe Photoshop CC

Date
January 2016

Process
It started out with a sketch and many google
searches for the image reference I wanted to
draw. From there I decided to start designing
Muffet, the character from Undertale. The
outlines have become easier over the years so
I decided to make them light so when I color it
is not so thick that it idsturbs from the colors.
Her outfit is monochromatic red, as shown in
the game. The colors were chosen by reference
to the actual design of the game. I decided to
give her a chair and make her legs long because
she is a spider.
