Conducted thematic and speaker research; competitive and financial analysis; and logistical
and security evaluation.
Product/Event Operations
Identified, evaluated, and contracted international suppliers for event services including:
aircraft charters, ship charters, venues, ground transportation, visa services, security services,
and local media control.
Oversaw logistics for and communications with high profile keynote speakers.
Managed event budgets and finances: negotiated rates, terms and conditions with suppliers;
managed accounts payable; proposed incentives for undersold product; identified and
implemented cost saving efforts throughout the event lifecycle.
Lead on the ground event management: oversaw supplier productivity, event set up, event
timing and flow, branding and collateral, cash finances, staff management, crisis control,
decision making and implementation of back up plans. Managed relationships with all
speakers, sponsor representatives and participants.
Conducted post event satisfaction analysis and implemented improvements for future events.
