1. Inspection rebar, formworks, box out opening and anchor bolt for stump Motor,
Blower, Silencer and Flare Stack Stump (Flare S804)-*Only Motor blower and silencer
inspect and waiting the concrete order, (The flare stack stump tomorrow morning)
2. Inspection of Rebar and formworks for SP-F1 Foundation (SP-40, 41 & 42) and to be
concrete after inspection accepted.*postpone tomorrow not complete
3. Inspection concrete cube test 28 days for batch no 5 SL-F1(12unit), F1(4unit) & F2 (3unit)*complete
4. Final Inspection for installation precast Pipe support at Zone A Grid 21 to 25 and
Handover To Takada.* Postpone tomorrow because obstruction with Takada scaffolding
Tomorrow(06.04.2016)-Wednesday
1. Material Receiving Inspection Report For pipe support PS-F1(10nos) & PS-F5(1nos)
2. Inspection of concrete cube test 7 days for Flare stack foundation S801

1. Hamzah Ibir Batching Plant- Test Cube
2. S-804- Plinth/Stump
3. Zone A- Final inspection & Handover.
4. Material Receiving Parking area outside plant

Note:
QA/QC Daily Progress Report shall be submitted by Subcontractor/Vendor before
3.00 pm daily to the Chiyoda Chief QC Inspector at job site and QA/QC Manager at
KL office by email.
