I took the class EDH 5051: Higher


Education in America: Basic
Understandings in Fall of 2014
which has a history undertone.

I am very interested in updating my


personal philosophy statement with
each new job and maintaining my
changes.

By completing this competency, I hope to


have the background knowledge of my
field and be able to recognize and
encourage the values of myself and the
students I work with.
