The Court SCHEDULES a status conference for Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at
1:30 p.m. in Lexington. The Court anticipates announcing particular release conditions.
One condition will involve a bond secured by Defendants unencumbered Pikeville
home; Defendant shall take the steps necessary and be prepared to document that bond
post-hearing, and pre-release, per Local Rule. See LCrR 46.1. Any request for any
counsel of record to appear remotely shall be made by motion.
