T.Z.Z. : I always comply demonstrate with all standards and guidelines to the best of my abilities.
T.Z.Z. : My action are my own and I do accept responsibility when ever I am correct and when I am incorrect. This allows me to continually
improve my learning ability and my skills. e.g. my instructor told me at my first class that i should always have my identification visible. I
accepted responsibility for that mistake and have striven to never repeat it again.

T.Z.Z. : My instructor told me to always add my own note on to the checklists prior to the lab. I have followed her advise by using the
information in the text book "Physical Examination and Health Assessment", to help me form my notes and then I apply them in practice.

T.Z.Z. : It is very important to ensue that the environment is safe for the patient and other people. this why I always make sure that the
disposable part are disposed off correctly so that they do not end up injuring anyone.

explanation or detail.

T.Z.Z. : At mid-term, I had set a SMART goal for myself; my goal was to improve my opinion sharing skills in front of the entire class by the
end of November by talking to every person in the class. I have achieved my goal. I have met every single person in my class, which has
made me more comfortable voicing my opinion during class sharing and discussions.
In-addition, I always take great pride that I and able to help and receive help in small groups without any reservations.

regards with documentation but I am glad that I am able to correct and not repeat my mistakes.

T.Z.Z. : A technique that i use and find very helpful is that I help my fellow peer as much as I can because this process ends up helping me.
In order to explain a concept, one as to understand it. when some one asks me for help, I try my best to explain that concept in a way that I
would understand; as if some one was explaining it to me.

T.Z.Z. : I have had to apply conflict resolution strategies in the past, as I mentioned in my midterm self assessment. Lately, I have been
trying to maintain all relationships in a manner that avoids conflict. I achieved this by communicating my feelings in a non-aggressive
fashion and receiving communication without judgement or blame. We all have the right to have a diverse opinion and compliance can not
be forced, but there is always a common ground that can be found.

helps us perfect peer relationships and practice.

T.Z.Z. : I always treat everyone with respect and dignity, without any kind of discrimination.
T.Z.Z. : While I was volunteering for the blood pressure clinic, I was able to teach my clients how to maintain a healthy blood pressure. In
addition, I always take a few minute to gather my thoughts and focusing myself to the task at hand; this helps better perform and/or learn
the task.

T.Z.Z. : Like I mentioned earlier, recognizing the situations that could lead to conflict and avoiding it by applying conflict resolution
knowledge is crucial. Communication has to transmitted and received in a non-aggressive way, while accepting that fact that everyone has
a right to their opinion and we should always strive to reach a compromise in a respectful manner. This is not that easy, I have to work on
this to reach the point I have attained. Now I am able recognize the signs and act before the conflict.

process helps both me and my peers to learn more easily. I believe that the best leaders are those who do not want to be leader but accept
this challenge because it is given to them.

the first day regarding my ID being visible. After that day, I have maintained my professionalism and accountability.
