Note: The Total Number of days specified does not include the feedback time for

Note: The timeline mentioned in this quote is based on the initial requirement. It may
vary when there are changes in the requirement

** We assume those 10 pages are just CMS with Text and images and do not involve
any application or functionality development.
The entire timeline is based on the assumption that the project is an information
website. Any special functionality or features required will be considered as addition
and may require timeline/cost revisal. It does not include integration with other
application.

C- How do we estimate? The time estimation is based on our experience. This hours
includes, the time to develop, upload, apply changes based on your reviews and
suggestions, test them and transfer files to the server and test on the live server. We do
not charge for communication, consulting or price quote to encourage offshore
development, as you preferred as to work with us.

D - Important Note: The client must review the functions captured in this Quote against
the RFP document or the Email with the initial requirements. Any missing
functions/features should be added before signing up the project. Unidentified or
missing functions during the proposal preparation (By both AES as well as the client)
will be treated as a separate quote at any stage later to the contract sign up.

2 .PAYMENT

TERMS

We offer the following scheme of payments:


50% prepay 50% after finishing the work according to the specifications (Scheduled
windup) and before transferring the source files.
100 % payment for hosting services.
Any Bank transfer charges or Credit card payment charges or PayPal International
transfer charges are NOT included in the estimate, which should be paid by the
client additional to the invoice value.
We prefer SWIFT method, which is a fast and reliable money transfer method. At
the time of work order we can mail you our Bank details. The cost for the

development is valid for one month. Revised cost may be applied for any work
delay from the client side.
AES has the rights to reschedule the project start if the payments are delayed.
If additional tasks at any point are more than 25% of the original/initial estimate,
AES would require additional 50% for the additional job before scheduling them.
Also, if the project is close to completion as per the initial scope, that is if, around
95% of the work is completed at the time of adding additional scope, AES will
require you to pay the final 50% and the upfront for the additional tasks, since they
will be treated as phase II development.

Support & Warranty:

AES will provide a 30-day no cost bug fixing in the delivered modules.

If any Third-party Open source platforms are used to build the websites (such as
would require periodical update, security enhancements etc. AES doesn't include
cost for such security and maintenance jobs upfront and they will be treated as
additional paid jobs.

AES doesnt provide warranty


against server threats, Open source hacks or any
third-part tool malfunctions.

3. C L I E N T R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
The client must supply the details of the forms before the start of project, which
include:

1. Information solicited on the form.


2. What information is required and what is optional.
3. Email address to which the form content is to be mailed.
4. Technical specifications regarding the form, for example, how to arrange
and segregate content, if certain information is to be collected in a certain
format, etc.
5. Any specific images.
6. Any images that needed to be purchased
7. Any images that are well defined & specific and not in stock with the
designer. (Additional image search will be charged on hourly basis)
8. All the requirements will be developed on the basis of this document
only. The elements have to be verified and certified by the client.
9. Complete design specification along with the preferences has to be given.
10. Feedback: This is at most important phase; helps to avoid re-work on
them.
11. When accurate color reproduction is critical in the project, the client must
supply the colors in RGB values.
12. If any of the pages require special instructions, the client before the start
of the project must provide the details, preferably in Microsoft Word file
format.
13. The client will provide the company logo (If available) and any other
trademark artwork in high-resolution .psd /.JPEG/ or vector format.
Adobe Illustrator files will be accepted.
14. The client will provide Meta Content like Keywords, Description, etc. of
each page. Where this information is not provided, Meta content will not
be added.
15. Notes:
Certain functionality might require certain browser features to be
enabled in order to work/work properly.
The client will supply all images, where not available in our
library, at their expense, which will be in addition to the estimate

agreed upon from this proposal. We may suggest various online


resources from where the images could be procured.
Also, the resolution supported for the project will be 800 * 600 and
1024 * 768.
The client will supply any third party tools required.
The client will be responsible for the Data Entry. Data entry
services can be provided upon request.
