Allocation of the State At-Large Delegates and the RNC Members

1. If a candidate gets majority of the statewide vote (50% + 1), the
candidate gets all statewide delegates.
2. Candidates getting 20% or more of the statewide vote receive will be
allocated delegates; an example is provided below.
3. If no candidate gets at least 20%, the threshold drops to 15%; if no
candidate gets at least 15%, the threshold drops to at least 10%.
4. The three RNC members are included when calculating the
allocation and are the first three delegates assigned to the statewide
winner after allocation
5. Allocation of alternates corresponds to the delegate allocation;
there are no alternates for the three RNC members.
