STATEMENT

I love teaching. Teaching is where I flourish. Teaching gives me a sense of satisfaction


because I thrive on hard work and being responsible. Being a teacher guarantees a sense
of personal gratification that is scarce elsewhere in this world. Education is the driving
force of my life, and I will carry it with me forever.

I completed student teaching field experience in a 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Spanish classroom at Tappan
Middle School teaching four classes daily.

I observed and assisted the content teacher in Spanish 2AC and 5AP courses twice a week for
4 hours each day. I taught a self-contained lesson to the 2AC level on false cognates.
