- Advised by Computer Science Professor Orit Shaer as HCI lab member on International Genetically Engineered
Machine (iGEM) team and Personal Genomics team.
- Brainstormed ideas for numerous prototyping iterations with San Joses Tech Museum of Innovation for interactive
exhibit targeting childrens understanding of synthetic biology concepts through tangible surfaces for iGEM project.
- Co-created Personal Genomics interactive visualization platform which served as a tool for self-exploration of
personal genomic data; created versatile Accordion feature that translated visual nodes to information, duplicate
nodes feature, frontend categories, groupings, and color scheme.
