First, I will great the students - then, I will ask them


to do some exercise to make them engage with me and to
be active when we start the lesson. After that, I will open a
video for them to explore what is the meaning of the
common nouns. After the video, I will say for them

Materials:
- Picture cards
Instructions:
There are different picture cards some of them are proper noun.
I will give each student one picture card then, I will ask them to
read the word that under the picture after that, each one of them
will tell for me if it proper noun or proper noun and how he/she know.

Objective:
This activity will help students to improve their:
1. Reading skills: when the student will read the word.
2. Speaking skills: when they will answer.

Independent Experience (small group activity 1)
Low level activity: Reading and writing activity (Individual)

Materials:
Worksheet.

Instructions:

I will give each student in low level work sheet with color and
I will explain for them what they have to do. Students have to
read and find the common noun sentence to color it with specific color (Green).

Objective:
This activity will help students to improve their:
1- Reading skills: when the student will read the questions.

Independent Experience(small group activity 2)


Middle level activity: Speaking and writing (pairs)

Materials:
Picture cards.

Instructions:
I will give each two student one picture card with paper.
They have to discuss together and write on the paper if it
proper noun or common noun with reason and one sentence.

Objective:
This activity will help students to improve their:
1- Speaking skills: when the student will discuss what they will write
2- Writing skills: when they will write answer.

Independent Experience(small group activity 3)


High level activity: writing (individual)

Materials:
Paper for writing story.
Instructions:
I will give each student papers to write a short story by using common.

This activity will help students to improve their writing skills: when they
will write the story.

Closing
- We will count together how many stickers each group get.

Assessment
Ask students to complete their book and give the students feedback when they do
their work in correct way.
Reflection WWW/EBI
The lesson I was tough about Common noun. I explained the lesson for student by using Power point which
includes: pictures activities meaning and the video. I went well when I make for them differentiation
activities. Even better if I make didnt give the students activity before explaining because they was play with
them.
Next Steps in learning and teaching
In my next step I will explain the activity first then, I will give it for them.
