Deprivation of of Rights Under Color of Law is when a

government employee says that the law gives him the
authority deprive you of your God-given rights. Everyone
living in the real world knows that most police employees are
not very smart. If an individual has to stoop to work for the
government it's because they're retarded and can't get a
job anywhere else. Most of the losers that apply for cop jobs
were ostracized as youths and pursue enforcement as a way
of fitting into a group and getting back at their peers.

Color of law -- The appearance or semblance, without the

substance, of legal RIGHT. Misuse of power, possessed by virtue
of state law and made possible only because wrongdoer is
clothed with authority of state, is action taken under "color of state
