A. GENERAL

All track and field events are based on INTER-BATCH competition, year 1 to
year 5.
All participants are strongly encouraged to wear sports attire which are
proper and comfortable. Sport shoe or spikes are allowed in all games.
All participants should come 30 minutes earlier at the track before the
event kickstarts as scheduled for registration and briefing session.
For all events, judging of the winners will be based on best time recorded
upon the torso passing the finishing line.
Medical team will be ready should any assistance is required.
Each event will have winners for Champion, First Runner Up and Second
Runner Up with medals, and certificates will be given to all participants
involved.

B. EVENTS
a) 100 M SPRINT MALE & FEMALE
Each batch are allowed to send at most THREE individuals for both
male and female.
This event will involve THREE sets of preliminary rounds with five
sprinters at each round.
Top seven sprinters from all sets of preliminary rounds with best time
recorded will proceed to final round.
Sprinters will be eliminated should they admit twice foul starts and
going off-lane.

b) 4 X 100 M RELAY MALE & FEMALE

Each batch are allowed to send off ONE TEAM for both male and
female.
Elimination criteria: Should any of the runners perform; twice foul
starts, going off-lane and passing off baton with same side of hand or
throwing off baton towards next runner.
c) 4 X 400 M RELAY MALE & FEMALE
Each batch are allowed to send off ONE TEAM for both male and
female.
First runner MUST run at own lane, second runner is only allowed to go
to the FIRST LANE AFTER 100M, followed by third and fourth runner.
Elimination criteria: Should any of the runners; not compliant to the
above point, twice foul starts, passing off baton with same side of hand
or throwing off baton towards next runner.
d) 1500M MID-DISTANCE MALE & FEMALE
This event has NO LIMIT of participation from any batch.
All participants required to line up at the starting point with no
overlapping with each other.
Upon whistle-blown, participation are allowed to run at any lane with
no restriction.
Participants are allowed to end the race at any time interval and
considered eliminated.
