RECALCULATION OF THE QUOTA
Promulgated: 29 April 2016
WHEREAS, according to Article XI, Section 2b of the 2016 Electoral Code, The
constituency refers to the incoming sophomores, juniors, seniors only. The votes of the
graduating seniors, while not included in the computation of the quota, shall be included in
the tallying of votes.
WHEREAS, non-graduating seniors shall still be covered by the Loyola Schools
Undergraduate Constitution, they shall be included in the calculation of the quota.
WHEREAS, the quota previously released is set at 3309.
WHEREAS, the computation of the quota did not include the non-graduating seniors.
NOW THEREFORE, after thorough recalculation, the quota should be set at 3359 votes.
