BUFFERING_TIME

DIAG_CALL_TIMER

TRIGGERING_CONDITION_TIMER

CALL_CAC_THRESH_FOR_EMER_HO

CALL_CAC_THRESH_FOR_NORMAL

This parameter is for buffering time for which eNB stores CSL data in the internal memory. If the buffering time is set to 10, the
CSL data in the memory is transmitted to the CSL server whenever 10 seconds are elapsed. However, the CSL data is
immediately transmitted to the CSL server if 10 CSL data is saved into the memory before 10 seconds.
If the buffering time is too short (e.g., 1 second), too frequent CSL transfer to LSM can cause overload of LSM and networks.
Time information for the diagnosis call function. If the diagnosis call function is working, the base station checks the IMSI, STMSI value stored in a buffer, performs paging to the corresponding UE, and waits for the reply. This is the timer setting used
for this case.

RTO_MIN

The transmission interval of HeartBeat message that is transmitted to check the validity of SCTP link.

Link. At this point, the heartBeatInterval is used as the parameter for determining the transmission interval of the HeartBeat
message.
This parameter is the time value (timer) that maintains an existing call when the MME SCTP is lost.
The SCTP connection is expected to be recovered successfully within mmeFailoverTimer when an existing MME SCTP is lost.

rather than disconnecting it immediately. The unit is sec.
This parameter is the re-transmission count by which the SCTP path will be failure if the response to the heartbeat or sctp
data is not received for more than numPathReTx.
The value used to calculate the SCTP round trip time (RTT). It is the initial value of the Retransmission TimeOut which is used
before the RTT value is measured through packet transmission.
This is the parameter for calculating the initial value of the SCTP Links Round Trip Time (RTT). The transmission interval of
the HeartBeat is set based on the RTT value and the HeartBeatInterval. The RTT value prior to the calculation of the actual
RTT maximum

This is the maximum value of the SCTP Links Round Trip Time (RTT). The transmission interval of the Heart Beat is set

Link is set to a value less than rtoMax setting.
The minimum value of the Retransmission TimeOut used to calculate the SCTP round trip time (RTT).
This is the minimum value of the SCTP Links Round Trip Time (RTT). The transmission interval of the Heart Beat is set based
