Educational Philosophy

I believe that quality assessment is key to learning. In HCT, we work


under 5 teaching competencies that guide our development within
our coursework. Also I believe that each child is a unique and have
a different style of learning. My purpose as educator is to teach each
children well and understand the lesson. The role of the students in
education is to following the teacher roles and respect the teacher,
the people that they will dealing with. The role of teacher in the
community is to write a letter to the parent if the school have an
event. And a letter permission if the class have a trip, because we
need the permission for each child to go to the trip. Moreover, when
the director have a meeting for teachers all teacher have to attend
the meeting. For following reasons to know the new roles, events, a
new curriculum, a new system etc. There are many elements that I
believe are important to starting such as environment, instructional
strategies, curriculum design, and assessment. Use of cooperative
learning,

management

techniques,

and

technology.

The

environment include the placement for instance, the arrangement


for the tables to put the students onto groups or individual.

The instructional strategies which means the teacher have to show


the students how to apply this strategies in the classroom such as,
behavior management strategies the students have to follow my

management strategies for behavior. As a teacher I will put some


roles in the wall to read it, if they are doing some misbehavior just I
will point out for my roles. Because the students directly they will
know that incorrect to do it in the classroom.

The students should know and have a knowledge about the


curriculum design which means the purpose of unit 1, the activities
that we can do it in this unit. The theme, and how we can model the
example for some lessons.

The students should learn how to cooperative in learning, such as


play groups game {students walk in speeds from 0-5}. Then the
teacher will say 5 or 4 students will make groups but if one students
was alone and they got them to their group the will get bonus point.
Another example, do puzzle game as groups that will help to
cooperate with other.

For myself, I want to improve my teaching

skills and to be a great teacher in the future. I hope to teach


kindergarten.
